In other words, it's meant to stand up next to your computer, rather than sticking out of your USB slot. It does feature a nifty clip for attaching an antenna to your laptop or monitor though, so there's that.<br /><br />Oh yeah, and it's not slated for release, and is expected to cost about $200. That's $70 or so more than the Pinnacle PCTV HD Pro and $100 more than the Hauppauge WinTV HVR 950 USB 2.0 Stick.<br /><br />
